Job introduction
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Software Project Manager to help in the business Development and steer Development Team team of our existing and planned Development related projects.
Basic Requirements
- Proven work experience in project management and software development.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">Responsibilities
- Discussing the current and potential projects and their parameters with executives, clients and software developers.
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Assembling and leading the project team.
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Delivering completed software products to the executives, clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
- Candidates for this role should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with preference to those with previous product experience.

We are still a small company so we unfortunately can’t interview most of the people who apply, and we need to have some kind of indication that you would be a good addition to our teams.If a team member believes you might be a match for a job you’ve applied for after the initial screening, you’ll enter the Interview process.

The Interview
The shortlisted candidates are then invited for an Interview; physically or online. The Interview process might be of one or two rounds, depending upon the scope and nature of your job. If we think you will compliment our team and projects, we will send you a job offer letter.
