Her journey into technology was rooted in a deep love for books. As a child, she would read anywhere she could; between classes, under desks, on long journeys. That early love of stories eventually led her to take interest in managing her family’s bookstore, which became the catalyst for one of Mandala Tech’s earliest and most defining projects: Books Mandala.

Through Mandala Tech, Pratima has continued to shape the vision and execution of Books Mandala, not only as a digital platform, but also through its growing publishing initiatives, focused on releasing titles that are both meaningful and enduring. Beyond Books Mandala, she contributes across a range of Mandala Tech projects, offering strategic input on product design, organizational structure, and long-term planning for tools and systems that support both internal operations and external impact.
